Gletra Technologies Pvt. Ltd. respects the intellectual property rights of creators, brands, publishers, and copyright owners worldwide. As a multi-vendor marketplace with integrated chat, voice and video calling, and home services booking, our platform hosts substantial user-generated content including product images, descriptions, review media, chat attachments, and service provider portfolios.
This Copyright Policy establishes the procedures by which copyright owners may report alleged infringement on Gletra, the obligations of sellers and service providers who upload content, and the counter-notification process available to users whose content has been removed. Gletra acts as an intermediary platform and responds promptly to valid infringement notices in accordance with applicable copyright laws, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and relevant intermediary guidelines in India.
All users — buyers, sellers, service providers, and visitors — must ensure that content they upload, share via Gletra Chat, or display in listings does not infringe third-party copyrights. Unauthorized reproduction of photographs, product designs, software, written materials, music, video clips, or branded assets may result in content removal, account suspension, and referral to legal authorities.
By using Gletra, you acknowledge that repeated or willful copyright violations constitute a material breach of our Terms & Conditions and may expose you to civil and criminal liability. Copyright holders and authorized agents may submit notices using the procedures outlined below.

Product listing titles, descriptions, images, and videos uploaded by marketplace sellers
Service provider profile photos, certification documents, and portfolio galleries on Gletra Home Services
Chat messages, file attachments, and shared media exchanged via Gletra Chat
User reviews, Q&A responses, and community forum contributions
Seller storefront banners, promotional creatives, and marketing copy
Call-related shared screens or files transmitted during Gletra voice and video sessions where stored
Gletra does not claim ownership of user-uploaded content but requires users to warrant that they hold necessary rights or licenses before publication.

Sellers and home service providers must upload only original content or content for which they hold a valid license, assignment, or permission from the copyright owner.
Product photographs must be original or licensed stock imagery with proof retained on request
Brand logos and trademarks may only be used with authorization from the rights holder
Copied descriptions from manufacturer sites require explicit permission or fall within fair use
Chat attachments shared with buyers must not contain pirated software, ebooks, or media

Buyers who upload review photos, videos, or other media grant Gletra a license to display such content but must not upload copyrighted material they do not own.

Copyright owners or their authorized agents may submit an infringement notice to Gletra's designated Copyright Agent. Notices must include all of the following elements to be processed:
Physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative
Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, with registration details if applicable
Identification of the infringing material on Gletra, including specific URLs, listing IDs, or chat thread references
Contact information: name, address, telephone number, and email address of the complainant
A statement of good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that the complainant is authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner
Submit notices to: copyright@gletra.com with subject line "Copyright Infringement Notice — [Listing/Content ID]".

If you believe your content was removed in error, submit a counter-notification to copyright@gletra.com containing your signature, identification of removed content, a good-faith statement, and consent to jurisdiction in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, Gletra will forward it to the original complainant. If the complainant does not initiate legal proceedings within 14 business days, Gletra may restore the content at its discretion.

Gletra recognizes that certain uses of copyrighted material may qualify as fair use or fair dealing under applicable law. Fair use determinations are fact-specific, and Gletra cannot adjudicate fair use claims during the standard takedown process.
Sellers listing branded products may use manufacturer-provided images only where an authorized distributor relationship exists. Service providers may display certification badges only when issued by the certifying body.

All Gletra-owned content — including the Gletra logo, app interface, policy pages, help center articles, marketing materials, and proprietary algorithms — is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
