Gletra partners with verified national and regional logistics providers to deliver products from marketplace sellers to buyers across India. This Shipping Policy describes delivery timelines, shipping cost calculation, tracking procedures, and your rights and responsibilities as a recipient.
Because Gletra is a multi-vendor marketplace, orders containing items from different sellers ship separately with individual tracking numbers and delivery timelines. Shipping charges, methods, and estimated delivery dates are calculated per seller based on product weight, dimensions, origin pin code, and destination address.
Delivery performance is a key metric in our seller quality programme. Sellers are required to dispatch orders within stated handling times and maintain high on-time delivery rates. Gletra monitors logistics performance and intervenes when delivery issues arise.
This policy applies to physical product orders only. Home service appointments do not involve product shipping—service providers travel to your location as described in our Home Service Terms.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on product weight, volumetric weight, seller location, destination pin code, and selected shipping method. Charges are displayed transparently before payment confirmation.

Sellers may offer free standard shipping on all orders or orders above a minimum value
Gletra platform promotions may provide free shipping coupons applied at checkout
Free shipping applies per seller—multi-vendor orders may have separate shipping charges per seller
Express and same-day upgrades are never included in free standard shipping promotions
Shipping charges are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns unless the product page explicitly included free return shipping.

After payment confirmation, sellers must dispatch orders within their stated handling time, typically 1–2 business days. Pre-order and made-to-order items display extended handling times on the product page.

Real-time tracking is available in My Orders for all shipments with activated tracking numbers. Tracking updates include pickup confirmation, in-transit scans, out-for-delivery status, and delivery confirmation.
Enable push notifications in the Gletra app to receive delivery updates. SMS alerts are sent for out-for-delivery and delivered statuses. If tracking shows no updates for 72 hours, contact support@gletra.com with your order ID.

High-value orders exceeding INR 5,000 require OTP verification at delivery. The OTP is sent to your registered mobile number. Do not share delivery OTPs with anyone except the verified delivery agent at your door. Report unsolicited OTP requests to support@gletra.com immediately—they may indicate delivery fraud.
For all deliveries, inspect the outer packaging before accepting. Note visible damage on the delivery receipt or refuse delivery if the package is severely damaged. Report packaging damage within 24 hours with photographs for expedited return processing.

Each seller in a multi-vendor cart ships independently. You may receive multiple packages on different dates. Each shipment has its own tracking number, delivery confirmation, and return window start date. Shipping charges are itemised per seller at checkout.

Logistics partners typically attempt delivery up to three times over 5 business days. After failed attempts, packages may be held at the local hub for 7 days awaiting pickup or returned to the seller.

Reschedule delivery through the tracking page or logistics partner app where available
Report non-delivery within 48 hours of the expected delivery date for investigation

Certain products cannot be shipped to all pin codes due to regulatory, safety, or logistics constraints. Restricted items include aerosols, lithium batteries above permitted limits, oversized furniture to non-ground-floor addresses without lift access, and products requiring cold chain handling.
If your pin code is not serviceable for a product, checkout will display an error before payment. Sellers may restrict shipping to specific regions as noted on product pages.

If tracking shows delivered but you did not receive the package, report within 48 hours through My Orders. Gletra initiates an investigation with the logistics partner. Confirmed lost shipments result in full refund or replacement at your choice under Gletra Customer Protection.
Transit damage reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence qualifies for immediate return and refund with Gletra-covered return shipping.

Sellers must use Gletra-approved logistics partners, provide accurate package weight and dimensions, and ship within stated handling times. Sellers shipping via unapproved carriers forfeit Gletra Customer Protection coverage for those orders. Repeated shipping violations result in seller account penalties including reduced search visibility and mandatory Gletra fulfilment requirements.

Log in to Gletra and open My Orders. Select your order to view real-time tracking with status updates from pickup through delivery. Enable push notifications in the Gletra app for automatic delivery alerts. Tracking links are also included in shipping confirmation emails.
If your order has not arrived within 2 business days of the estimated delivery date and tracking shows no progress for 72 hours, contact support@gletra.com. We investigate with the seller and logistics partner. Confirmed delays beyond 7 days from estimated delivery may qualify for cancellation and full refund.
Most sellers ship pan-India, but some restrict delivery to specific regions due to product type, logistics constraints, or business preferences. Serviceability is checked at checkout—if your pin code is not serviceable, you will see an error before payment. Try an alternative seller offering the same product.
Shipping costs depend on the seller, product weight, and your location. Many sellers offer free standard shipping on all orders or orders above a minimum value displayed on the product page. Gletra platform coupons may provide additional free shipping discounts at checkout. Express shipping always incurs an additional charge.
Photograph the outer packaging and product damage before opening fully. Report through My Orders within 48 hours of delivery. For severe damage, you may refuse delivery. Gletra covers return shipping for transit-damaged items and processes refund or replacement after seller inspection.

This document forms part of the Gletra Terms of Service. Gletra Technologies Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to update this policy at any time with reasonable notice. Material changes will be communicated via email, in-app notification, or a prominent notice on our platform. Continued use of Gletra after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
