Intellectual property (IP) is fundamental to the integrity and trust of the Gletra ecosystem. This Intellectual Property Policy governs the ownership, use, licensing, and protection of IP assets across Gletra's multi-vendor marketplace, real-time chat and calling features, digital wallet infrastructure, seller panel, and home services platform for electricians, plumbers, carpenters, cleaners, and appliance repair professionals.
Gletra Technologies Pvt. Ltd. owns and protects its proprietary software, trademarks, trade dress, algorithms, databases, and platform design. Users who upload content retain ownership of their original works but grant Gletra specific licenses necessary to operate the platform.
This policy complements our Copyright Policy, Prohibited Items Policy, and Terms & Conditions. Violations may result in content removal, financial holds on wallet balances, seller account suspension, and legal proceedings.
All parties interacting with Gletra — buyers, sellers, service providers, affiliates, and third-party integrators — must comply with this policy. Rights holders are encouraged to report violations promptly; Gletra commits to fair, transparent enforcement.

No license to use, reproduce, modify, or create derivative works of Gletra IP is granted except as strictly necessary to access and use the platform in accordance with our Terms & Conditions.

By uploading, posting, or submitting content to Gletra — including product listings, reviews, chat messages, call attachments, and service provider profiles — you grant Gletra a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, display, distribute, and adapt such content solely for platform operation, marketing (with opt-out for reviews), and legal compliance.
You represent and warrant that you own or have all necessary rights to the content you submit and that such content does not infringe any third-party IP rights.

Gletra's platform technology, including wallet settlement engines, chat encryption protocols, and service-matching algorithms, may be protected as trade secrets or pending patent applications. Reverse engineering, decompiling, or extracting source code from Gletra applications is strictly prohibited.
Third-party developers integrating via Gletra APIs must comply with developer terms and may not replicate Gletra functionality in competing platforms using proprietary methods learned through integration.
