Updated June 19, 2026 5 min read Official Gletra Policy
These Payment Terms govern all financial transactions processed through Gletra Technologies Pvt. Ltd., including product purchases on our multi-vendor marketplace, home service bookings for electricians, plumbers, carpenters, cleaners, and appliance repair professionals, Gletra Wallet top-ups and payments, and seller settlement disbursements.
Gletra acts as a payment intermediary, collecting buyer payments and disbursing seller and service provider earnings according to the schedules defined in our Seller Withdrawal Policy and Service Booking Policy. By completing a transaction on Gletra, you agree to these Payment Terms in addition to our Terms & Conditions.
All payments are processed through PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. Gletra does not store full credit or debit card numbers. Users must provide accurate payment information and authorize charges at checkout or booking confirmation.
These terms address accepted payment methods, authorization and capture procedures, failed payment handling, currency, taxes, chargebacks, and refund routing. For wallet-specific rules, see our Wallet Policy.

Marketplace orders: payment captured when seller confirms or ships (or immediately for digital goods)
Service bookings: partial or full prepayment captured at booking; balance on completion
Wallet top-ups: captured immediately upon successful gateway response
Multi-vendor carts: each seller item processed as a separate transaction where required by payment partner
Pricing, Fees, and Taxes

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise noted. GST and applicable state taxes are calculated at checkout based on product category, seller location, and delivery address.
Gletra service fees, payment gateway fees (where passed to buyer), and COD handling charges are disclosed before payment confirmation. Sellers set product and service prices; Gletra is not responsible for seller pricing errors but will facilitate corrections before capture where possible.
Failed and Declined Payments
Failed and Declined Payments
Orders with failed payment authorization are not confirmed. Common failure reasons include insufficient funds, incorrect card details, bank declines, and UPI timeout.
Retry payment within 30 minutes from My Orders or booking screen
After 30 minutes, the order or booking hold is released automatically
Repeated failed attempts may trigger temporary payment method restriction for fraud prevention
Contact support@gletra.com if your bank confirms deduction but Gletra shows failure
Payment Security
Payment Security
Gletra implements industry-standard security measures: TLS 1.3 encryption in transit, tokenization of card data, PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant payment partners, 3D Secure authentication, and fraud scoring on all transactions.
Never share OTPs, CVV, or UPI PINs in Gletra Chat or during calls. Gletra staff will never request these credentials.
