Wallet Policy

Rules for Gletra Wallet top-ups, payments, refunds, promotional credits, transfers, withdrawals, and balance management across marketplace and home services.

Updated June 19, 2026 4 min read Official Gletra Policy

The Gletra Wallet is a stored-value digital account integrated across the Gletra platform, enabling faster checkout for marketplace purchases, home service bookings, refund receipt, cashback rewards, and seller disbursements. This Wallet Policy governs all wallet operations for buyers, sellers, and service providers.

Wallet balances are denominated in Indian Rupees (INR). Funds added to your Gletra Wallet represent prepaid value that may be applied to eligible transactions on the platform. Gletra Technologies Pvt. Ltd. maintains wallet funds in segregated accounts in accordance with applicable prepaid payment instrument regulations.

This policy covers wallet creation, top-up methods, spending rules, refund routing, promotional credit terms, balance limits, inactivity, withdrawal procedures, and security requirements. KYC verification is required for withdrawals and high-balance wallets as detailed in our KYC Verification Policy.

By activating and using Gletra Wallet, you agree to these terms. Wallet services may be modified, suspended, or discontinued with reasonable notice except where prohibited by law.
